Refund Policy

  • At Carbub Detailing LLC, your satisfaction is important to us.

  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with your detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will first attempt to correct the issue. If you remain dissatisfied after the correction, a full or partial refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee.

  • No-Shows / Inaccessible Vehicles: If we arrive and are unable to access the vehicle because it is locked, blocked, or otherwise unavailable for detailing, this will be considered a no-show and will not qualify for a refund.

  • Weather Delays: In the event of rain or unsafe weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
