1. Services and Appointments

Carbub Detailing LLC provides mobile auto detailing services within North Pulaski County, Arkansas, including North Little Rock, Jacksonville, and Sherwood. Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather.

2. Payments

We accept cash and online payments at the time of booking or service. All online payments are processed securely.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $35 processing fee. If a customer is dissatisfied, we will make every effort to correct the issue. If the customer remains unsatisfied, a refund will be issued.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure their vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. This includes leaving keys where agreed, unlocking doors, and ensuring the vehicle is not parked too close to walls, other cars, or objects that prevent full access. If the vehicle cannot be accessed or serviced due to these conditions, it may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Carbub Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left inside vehicles. We use professional methods and products, but cannot guarantee removal of all stains or odors.

6. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Carbub Mobile Detailing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service at any time. This right may be exercised when conditions, circumstances, customer requests, or other factors—of any nature—are determined to be inconsistent with the standards of safety, quality, or professionalism that we uphold. In such cases, Carbub Mobile Detailing may decline or terminate service without obligation to provide a specific reason.
